The body is one big wave of energy ~ a dance of protons, neutrons, electrons, and prana (breath). The body is born to move, hence, we must learn to love it, experience ourselves more fully, and embrace the natural ebbs and flows of life.
This workshop is a unique opportunity for you to reconnect to your natural rhythm and awaken a new form of creative expression. Together, we will cultivate self-love from within, re-unify with the body by aligning the breath to the beat of the music, and develop foundations for a Mindfulness Meditation practice.
