Becoming boundless starts with a tiny, yet vast seed of self-awareness. As the seed of self-awareness grows, so do the roots that interconnect all ideas, thoughts, dreams, and desires. As you grow, so to will the connection to your true Self β€” the Self that has insightful answers, the courage to let go of old patterns, unblock negative core beliefs, and step fully into their power. The purpose of this practice is to plant the seed of self-compassion, give yourself room to grow, and flourish into fullness.

Anna Grace is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Mentor, and Inclusive Leader. Her passion for designing a life of purposeful self-exploration to heal from the inside out and turn the mundane into miracles. Her mindfulness-based programs offer the tools and foundations necessary to live a more compassionate, clairvoyant, and conscious life that is vibrant, awe-inspiring, and easeful. She is on a mission to spread the message that when we remember our roots, choose to live wholeheartedly, and give ourselves the necessary room to grow, we can and will open ourselves to infinite possibilities.
